Registration fees:

• Regular (before July 1 only): $550 USD
• Student (before July 1 only): $350 USD
• Participant (no paper, no presentation): $250 USD before July 1 / $300 USD after July 1
• Student participant (no paper, no presentation): $50 USD before July 1 / $100 USD after July 1
• Additional paper (before July 1 only): $300 USD
• Additional pages (before July 1 only): $150 USD per page

Registration before July 1, 2016 is required to publish a paper in the proceedings.
