Extended of the deadline for voting the executive board for the term 2019/20

Dear all,

due to the management of the new membership requests, the deadline
for voting the executive board for the term 2019/20 has been extended to December, 15th.

In the meanwhile, requests for new membership will be suspended until the end of the elections.
